WTF....PKM...

Hello, Yousif has contacted me and my pay is sent out. I didn't mean to seem like I'm ruining his network. After talking to Yousif there was a big mix up. And everything is back on track. I respect Yousif for taking care of this problem and clearing the air.

Why is it that every single one of these non-payment threads always come from people who speak English as a 2nd language? Not being condescending, but it's always a pattern.

That's true, but you can't blame him or any other network -- Every time I hear some noob not getting paid its a W9 issue.

I think that they just need to make brand new affiliates submit W9's before allowing traffic, that would stop dumb ass threads like these.

From what I am reading it is not a W9 issue, more of an issue of the networks not responding to the affiliates in a timely and appropriate manner.

It doesn't really matter whether the issue is a W9 or something else, when your affiliates write to you to ask you why they haven't been paid the proper way to deal with it is to ANSWER them back and let them know the problem.

What kind of business doesn't respond to their customer needs in a timely and professional manner? A business that is shady and short term thinking. Do you want to do business and risk your money with those types of companies? I for one don't care what excuse the network gives for not paying the affiliate on time, as long as they didn't respond to the affiliates communications properly it is them who are in the wrong and I for one wont be sending them any of my business.

When you join PKM There is no formal introduction or info on the admin stuff you need to do to get set up on their system be eligible for payment. This is essentially the introduction

Yousif : Yo got your AIM off some hacked copeac list, whats the shizzle man? run some traffic with us on some ripped teeth lander I got you yo and we'll put your ass on hourlies
Affiliate : Oh nice I like the monies and have the traffics, when can I start.
Yousif : Start now yo, redirect all your traffic to our offers and we'll get you paid.

Yousif probably then looks at all affiliates and thinks fuck anyone with less than $300 outstanding and if they ask what happened to their payment on a public forum ill throw the w9 issue in their face.

Honestly Yousif closed my account with like $5.84 just a bit more than Sumit one.

I don't think it is W9 issue as much as it looks, it just lame excuse the networks post.

If it was the issue they would just responded to these affiliate over email, and be like "We need a W9."

I've gotten that plenty of times, when I forgot to submit one.
