18 facts about China that will blow your mothafuckin mind

It's going to be interesting when the government can't afford to keep the growth going, the state banks fail and the 99% of the population who work as slaves (virtually) revolt and refuse to work for a bowl of rice a day.

No one shat themselves more than the Chinese when the middle east kicked off.

Bill Gates has teamed up with Baidu over there to help stop smoking.

For me the most 2 standing out: numbers of pigs and Gobi desert expansion speed

"Makers of the death vans say the vehicles and injections are a civilized alternative to the firing squad, ending the life of the condemned more quickly, clinically and safely.

This part really disturbed me. That makes it sounds like there's no fair process, no lawyers, no jail time...just drive-through execution. Reminds me of the coin-operated suicide booths in Futurama if anyone watched that show.

Something like 70% of the GDP growth of China since 2008 has been from government stimulus , not real growth. A crash is very possible if they pull the plug, however they'll only pull the plug when we can't pay our bills.

I like how they rate public restrooms with stars depending on whether they have TP and water to wash your hands.

Does anyone know if those mobile execution vans are green? Also, do they ship to the US?

If you think they're not preparing for the next step once their economy begins to crash, you're retarded. Google "Chi Haotian" and you have an idea of what they plan to do once they've milked the U.S. economy dry.

Did you also know that in China :

KFC is more popular than McDonalds

McDonalds and KFC are open and deliver 24 hours a day

A pack of decent cigs costs 70 cents

A large bottle of beer (750 ml) costs 40 cents

The subway in Beijing costs 30 cents no matter how many transfers

Chinese love watermelon and fried chicken

haters gon hate

the chinese are successful because they're willing to work more for less

end of story

China has momentum at the moment, but once that runs out there is going to be big problems here. The growth here is very superficial. There are so many deep problems that many just don't see.

The companies (private and public) and gov are way too corrupt and inefficient.

The rich-poor gap is growing wider everyday and it will eventually lead to unrest.

China lacks the resources to sustain such a huge population.

China is a sausage fest, roughly 70 million more male than female.

Many industries are sheltered from foreign competition making them weak. Internet companies for example: Have you ever used Baidu? It sucks.

The list could go on forever..

interesting facts. It's obvious for a long time already that a lot of countries import from China lot of things. Even my Iphone it's built in China. The world it's built there.

Already knew that 80% of everything is made in china but 64 million houses vacant and entire cities that are empty? where the fuck did they go? overtime at the sweatshop?

A lot of people buy real estate purely as an investment. They also do not rent it out because it hurts the value (most people want to buy 'brand new' apartments). So this results in bullshit prices and empty communities.

Very true.

For me the biggest problem is the lack of innovation. Caused mainly by the sheepish culture, and on top of that the education system kills whatever creativity is left.

But with that said the chinese culture of being close-minded, safe, conservative is starting to change.

I import fashion products from China, and it is practically impossible to find anything that isn't a copy of big name western brands like Gucci, LV, Cartier etc. I have to be extremely careful with what I order because chances are it's a copy of something and I just don't know it.
