The Bible is a collection of various books and Christ didn't write any of them; and he supposedly said something like "you have been told an eye for eye, but I tell you to love your enemies..."
So if the guy who puts the "Christ" in "Christian" is saying to go against old testament writings, then of course some of his followers are going to do the same.
Various people could take quotes from your posts here and insert them into books. Then in the future those books and other books with more radical writings that you might disagree with could be combined, and the Nickster religion might arise out of this.

You give me one example of two nuclear armed powers going to war with each other, and I'll give you 100 examples of one nuclear armed power attacking a non-nuclear power. How about mentioning that Iran is working on making one bomb, Israel has well over 200 nukes. Some sources says as many as 400.. What has that got to do with Iran? Iran is neither on the border with Israel, nor has Israel threatened war with it (prior to the nuclear issue).
Israel even supplied weapons to Iran during the Iran-Iraq war, many years after the 6 day war.

Iran has been threatening Israel for many years and has been one of the main funders of Hamas and Hezbollah.

I believe you are having trouble with a very key point. We are Israel. Israel is us. You can not separate the two because they are the same. There is no difference in the foreign policy of the United States and Israel. When we threaten Iran, Israel is threatening Iran and vice-versa. Once you understand that, you'll understand how our aggression in the region is a destabilizing force and that Iran's desire to obtain nuclear weapons is to have a deterrent to prevent the US/Israel from attacking them.
Notice how North Korea was in the "Axis of Evil" until they developed nuclear weapons and now we don't fuck with them? Notice how Iraq DID NOT have nuclear weapons and we spent 10 years ass-raping that country? Now you see why a country would want nuclear weapons. To keep us from attacking. The last time Iran invaded a country was during the Persian Empire. WE are the aggressors. That may not make you comfortable, but it is the truth. Deal with it.
