I have no problem letting blacks have their little victories, but when you control the money you win the war. A large % of the black population live in squalor, they live off gov't assistance, their education is crap, their family structure is crap, their value system glorifies illegal behavior and a "get mine" mentality. (Not all but a large %). This is not a group on the rise, it is a group that is under the thumb of those with the money, ie. the white people.

schools matter... i went to a top 10 computer science school in 2001... our curriculum was much harder than friends at neighboring universities.
It is quite easy to explain. People with higher intelligence use birth control.
