Tonight I loaded up my 60-round magazine for my AR-15 with .223 ammunition. A bullet is locked and loaded into the chamber and is ready to fire.

We stocked up on batteries, and got our faraday cages ready for all of our electronic communications devices.

....Even so, if they were to somehow get one inside the united states in a major port (say LA) and detonate? Despite how small a country they are, boom! Def. stockpile and prepare for nuclear fallout (suits, potassium iodide, geigers, etc). Also study trade winds to find out where the clouds will go based on how the earth spins. Serious shit, get it together.
 
Most likely scenario is they nuke Seoul 10mil dead + start of WW3 and global collapse. A very realistic possibility. They can never get a nuke to US, closest they could get would be near the bases.

No, not really realistic at all. If they nuke Seoul, the US doesn't have much of a choice but to respond in kind. That means North Korea becomes the world's largest parking lot within 3 hours, and the war is over. Russia and China wouldn't jump in and start lobbing nukes at the US, because then the US would respond in kind as well, and the world would just have too much parking space.

If anything it'll be some conventional war that gets drawn out over the next decade, costing trillions of dollars.

Maybe but if Seoul gets nuked that will cause massive economic collapse. To be honest nobody knows what would happen if a city that size got nuked. Millions would be dead. But the chances of a huge war after is high.
