Think they can demand an ID and interrogate anyone they want.

(LOL, this is America, get fucked with that nonsense.)

Doesn't help she's black and a woman (just saying)..

But you know you live in a police state when you can't even cross the sidewalk without being hassled about it, wow.

....

Also yeah, she's refusing.. (I don't even blame her though)

You know that's a DICK cop, if he's trying to get you for something stupid like jaywalking.

(The worst cops I've met are always pissed off over the small things.. They are just praying to rough someone up and feel a sense of respect/dominance.)

Then the added false charges, surprise, surprise.. lol. (Good job "keeping the peace" over nothing even remotely criminal.)

Where was his training, why didn't he keep his cool and calmly resolve the situation? Just straight up threatened to arrest her right away when she's clearly frustrated, and then forced her to submit without even consenting/understanding.

You have to be an absolute idiot to handle a situation like that.
