As if it isn't hard enough just to get the traffic, now on pages that used to convert for email submits at 15-20% are diving to like 0-5% (Yeah some offers I've tried have given me NO credit at all).

I'm using millnic and copeac and have tried a number of zip/email submits and I'm getting shitty results.

Last night I tried an old navy email submit on millnic, drove 250 visitors and only got credit for 1 fucking lead, when it the past I would have had at least 40 leads.

So, anyone using anything thats actually converting?

I have copeac send me an email when a lead is made, so I started a campaign last night an received a bunch of lead emails between 2:04am-2:55am, one after another, then it just stops completely, didnt receive another since, even though the traffic has been constant... Which leads me to believe that the only leads recorded were the ones I made between 204-255.

Ya, so I just double checked and even though I've been sending a steady stream of traffic to the visa gift card email submit on copeac, I only got credit for leads I made between 2:04am and 2:55am. 21 emails lined up in my inbox, one after another, 3-4 a minute at times yet after 2:55am I got credit for NOTHING. I'm not going to believe for one second that this was the only time someone entered a valid email address..

Not to mention the zip submit I had on the same page that I sent 85 visitors too that gave me credit for nothing.

This is an email submit with the ~ sign in it, so according to Mr. Krongel these are supposed to be the offers that convert the best based on more accurate tracking.

I've been running my first (successful) zip submit campaign ever through CPA Empire, and was doing 300+ leads a day for about a week. Then all of a sudden over the weekend, it magically stopped tracking. Had to switch offers.

I don't think it's the Aff Networks, but the advertiser who presses a button and says no more commissions to affiliate x because their "traffic isn't good". Which is bullshit - you're paying me $1.50 per lead to drive the traffic, if you can't convert them into a customer once they hit your page it's your fucking fault, not mine. Oh well.

Ya, really. I think this is exactly what's happening. Would be nice to get some fucking notification rather than just 0's in the leads column.

Looks like I ran this visa offer and for an hour they were accepting my leads then just decided to pull the plug even though I was still paying for traffic.

I mean I knew this industry was shady, but goddamn.

noise feel free to IM me with your tracking link so i can test it and see fi there was a problem over the weekend that we can get you credit for.

mkrongel - in your experience, do zip/email submit advertisers have the power or ability to cut off tracking for individual affiliates at their discretion if they are not getting 'quality' traffic?

or is more likely a technical issue?

Talked to my AM at millnicmedia and asked for a high converting offer.. Was directed to an offer that ISN'T EVEN VALID ANYMORE (You could get an affiliate link but when you go to it you just get a page saying it isnt valid). What a fucking joke.

Yesterday I was about to do that visa offer. Lucky I bailed out.

I juggle different zip submits over 3 different networks, it's almost impossible to find one that works for multiple days, EPC just hits rock bottom or doesn't track at all. AM's typically have no explanation other than, here try this one.. I really hate how Copeac leaves zip submits up that they know don't track, even if they are backups it's a pain in the ass to test shit and not know if it's my proxy that is no good or the offer. Typically I just waste money and traffic at offers to see if they are good or not..

Yeah I mean I guess that's just how the game is played. I got spoiled off too many rockin ass offers I guess.

I did as Mike suggested and contacted my AM at copeac, who immediately hooked me up with the good shit.

Try cpabuilder.com for zips & emails - The best zip and email offers (CR wise) were subbed out through CPABuilder, and not directly to whatever ValueClick/MegaPromotions/GenerousGenie link.

Have applied to CPA Builder but have not heard back from them yet. Also, I've heard rather bad stuff about advertisers like Generous Genie from a few fellow CPA marketers, and how they do not track properly and credit affiliates for submitted leads.

And further more, I just saw many nice zip/e-mails that I would like to start on CPA Empire, but they're full of Generous Genie offers! Anybody can verify this fact?

They have tons of GG zip/emails yeah, but also a lot of other ones. Right now their GG leads are actually down and not tracking at all.. well, as of yesterday, haven't checked with my AM yet today.

Feel free to pm me about some good converting offers.

Why the fuck would any affiliate marketer go out of there way to tell you about a good converting offer? Get off your ass and figure shit out, or ask your manager. Unless of course, I completely misunderstood what you said...

Copeac and email/zip submit

I do some affiliate marketing for Copeac and incentive click and I was experiencing the same things you guys were saying about not getting credit. Its B.S. if you ask me. I am working on a site that I drive traffic to and wasn't getting credit for any email/zip submits. I even had a friend in another state try putting one in and no credit. So l do really believe they just decide to not give credit as a whole for these offers when they want.

Well, I'm not mkrongel, but I'll answer anyway. Zip/Email submit advertisers DO have the power/ability to cut off tracking for individual affiliates. However, it is absolutely not in their best interest to do so. Yes, they might stop paying for the traffic they don't like, but they'll piss off the network as well. If the network gets upset at the advertiser enough times, they'll just drop the advertiser's campaigns completely.

What typically happens is the advertiser notifies the network that they no longer want traffic from affiliate X. Affiliate X then gets contacted by his/her AM and is asked to pull links ASAP.

But how come no one receives contact from the AM regarding such issue?
300 clicks and 1 conversion.
