I feel so left over at NB

I strongly disagree. Whether its codified like a NB or not, the reality is that higher earners receive better service, and rightfully so. We're worth more to the network's bottom line, and thus deserve more resources.

Maybe not having any AM at all is a little harsh for the $2k/mo guys, but I'm not at all against the idea of a sliding scale of service.

Well of course the more you do the better things you should get. I am just saying no matter what level you are at you should feel like you are getting more than you should at all times. Of course without the call every other day and things like that.

When it comes to helping your affiliates you never know if that one making $50 a month could be your next big earner. That is what I mean.

Don't feel so bad. One time, a big affiliate I used to bring in big bucks for (over $100k during the lifetime of having my account) sent me a $250 gift cert for Amazon because they mistakenly paid me 1k less one month. They were really kissing my ass. Now that I haven't made nearly as much this year, they decided to drop me completely and terminate my account. So much for loyalty. Pretty screwed up.

I don't get this. You made money, but NOT ENOUGH, and they terminated your account?

I mean if you don't make any money or you break rules, i understand, but in this case its strange.

My AM tries to talk to me, I don't really talk back. Poor AM :(

Same here. I don't have time to fanny about on the phone all day. I prefer they just email.

Personally, I don't care how nice or friendly an AM is--I don't even know half their names...or care =) They don't have any loyalty to me, and I have no loyalty to them. It's just business--nothing personal.

i really don't need anyone contacting me but if i need a tracking code installed or have a question/problem, my AM at Neverblue has always helped me.

Why are you guys such whiners? If you want an AM pick a different company. When you become a big boy remember where your loyalties lye.

Will both give you AM's use um and stick with them. They'll help you grow not treat you like dirt.

Ironic how the human psyche always wants what it can't have isn't it. The beauty of the take away sale.

meh I talk to mine all the time. I had my NB account for a couple of months before I started to use it and my AM never has changed. Of course I never spoke with him but once until I started running campaigns through them.

Also, communication is a two way street. My communication skills have always been sub par but I'm constantly working on them even though half the time no one understands what the fuck I'm saying.

Talking to AM's is like reading a forum all day ... just wasting time. Seriously, these guys are bottom level employees for the most part. Do you really crave their advice and attention? If yes, go get you a girl friend, she'll pester you as much as you want.

Not when they give you golden ideas for campaigns to run and you end up making a tidy(heading to 10k) sum for the month (not much by you peoples standards, but i dont give a fuck), which is better than losing money every single day for 3 months. If i hadn't spoke to my AM and created a friendship i'd probably still be a broke ass mofo. I'd say at least half the time im talking to my AM the topic of conversation is non business related.

Ok, Perhaps some AM's have some ideas to push on their affiliates. I'm yet to meet one that has golden ideas that's not shared with every affiliate under them, seems like they would be doing marketing for themselves if so.

There is nothing wrong with 10k / month so don't get defensive about that amount, it's a decent chunk of change.

Losing money every day for 3 months ...... I'm not sure I'd would stick with campaigns with that, you have more persistence than I. Perhaps to a flaw.

1/2 the time you are speaking about non-business related stuff ...... sounds like a waste of time to me. Yet here I am at a forum wasting my time.

Ok, back to work

The NeverblueAds Affiliate Management group tries to use their available resources as efficiently as possible to provide the best overall service they can. Unfortunately, due to the large number of affiliates, sometimes this leaves publishers unintentionally lost in the mix. The group definitely appreciates all publishers on the network and enjoy talking with any approved publisher who is excited about making money with NeverblueAds. If you feel like you've been lost in the mix and you would like to speak with an AM about generating some serious traffic please PM Wickedfire Member "The Harmonizer".

Thanks for the feedback too - it's good to know so that service can be improved.

An update...somebody from NB saw this thread and emailed me...turns out my AM was just on vacation.

Just another reason why Neverblue Rocks!

If anyone is interested in working with an AM that has no problem communicating & would love to help you get things going, contact me at LNielsen@cpaempire.com or AIM: cpaeLauraN. Shouldn't be about how much or little you make!!! :) I'd love to work with you!
