How to track down a publisher?

I am trying to seek info on a particular publisher who is running ads with Copeac, XY7, CPAEmpire and MillinicMedia.

Basically, I have their pub ID from a URL, and I am desperately trying to figure out who they are.

I know this is probably shunned upon, but I'd be willing to pay $ for this info if anyone is willing to help me. First and Last name would suffice.

Whatever they did to you, they must be doing it right if you're willing to pay money to find out who they are. Fuck off.
 
What if it is one of the peepz on this forum? Do we get extra ratting cash?

I'm sure you'll find what you need right there.
 
uhm i really don't think their pub ID is the same across all the networks. its not like a social security number dumbass
 
a bunch of jokers you are. I am not in the mood.

I really don't want to get into any details, but someone hacked my email account, and subsequently hacked a few of my sites to run f'n ringtone ads.

thanks pal, i know that each network has different pub ID's. I have URL's for ALL those networks, that i pulled of a rotator.

Its all fixed at this point, but i feel violated, and I figured this is my only shot of figuring out who did it. I am just curious if I know this person, if/what any connection to me there might be.
