nice add on. i just laid down the banhammer on myself with it (well... partially). i'm sure i'll have to turn it off too when i start twitching and getting other withdrawal symptoms.

also i installed things for the mac (productivity software) a few days ago and it is helping me get more done. tried omnifocus too and things suits me way better.

I've actually had a request for something like a temp ban on themselves so that they could get some work done.
