Mindfulness meditation.
When you dwell on your anxiety, usually you get anxious about being anxious, worry about worrying, and then you get more anxious and so on. That shit turns into an endless cycle that becomes hard to break when you get lost in it.
By meditating regularly, (among other things) you become more aware of your thoughts/feelings as they happen. So when you start getting anxious, you simply notice it, nonjudgmentally, without getting caught up in it (not the same as ignoring it either). You'll still probably have the anxious feelings, but it becomes easier for you to do whatever the fuck you're supposed to be doing.
