What are some good programs that alert you when your landing page, site, or server goes down?

I've been noticing lately on the weekends im getting a shit load of clicks with fewer conversions than usual. Does this happen to anyone else? ( of course depends on the niche) What differences do you notice between traffic during the weekdays and weekends?

Earlier this evening i checked up on one of my sites and the homepage had been hacked and changed to a support Ron Paul page with a huge Ron Paul Revolution Banner, a donation link and a youtube video. I already support Ron Paul, but I wish whoever this was wouldn't do this kind of stuff...

After reading past posts about credit cards I decided to change to Amex Starwood card for all my online expenses. I'm pretty excited about it as the hotel rewards are amazing compared to other credit cards. Anyone else using this card? how is it working out for you?
