for some reason its not letting me upload pictures when making ads this morning... ill make an ad upload the pic.. it shows up.. then click next... on the confirm order screen it shows up... then when i look on the ads manager and click it there is no picture.. am i the only one this is...

Ok im 16 and am just getting into ppc and have a question... say i spend 40$ on ads and make 60$... do i pay the taxes on the 60$ or the difference $20... is the 40$ like a deductable or w/e.. thanks!
