    Getting access to Google Adwords API

    I'm developing a web application that requires Google Adwords API access. I've tried applying several times and never get approved. Any advice on how to either get approved or get an account that is already approved to play with in development? Thanks.

    Pricing on custom oscommerce template

    There's alot of oscommerce templates floating around on the serps that are either free or around $150 but none of them are quite what I'm looking for. What's the price range for a custom oscommerce template? Is there anyone you could recommend that will do custom designs?
