Due to a dormant list my abuse rate (amount of subscribers pressing "spam") is around 1%-1.5%. I'm using Mailchimp and they keep pausing my campaigns. Are there any providers out there that allow up to 1.5%? Seems like 1-2 people out of 100 hitting spam isn't a lot to me.
