Keywordmixer.com is either down or defunct. Can anyone suggest a similar keyword tool that can create variation of a keyword?

I'm thinking there must be some money to be made targeting certain sites with image ads but I can't determine a bid price. Is there a tool or service similar to Keyword Elite that can spy on and tell me a rough CPC or CPM for a specific site that displays Adsense? Or maybe I'm going about it...
