Does adwords/adsense banning apply mainly to those search page campaigns? or do I have a high chance of being banned even though I have unique content?

It seems that whenever I create a new campaign, all of my keywords, even 9 word long-tail ones are fetching at least something like a .20 cent bid or else inactive for search. Why is it so high for even absurd misspelled words? has someone beaten me to all these same keywords or what?

Does anyone here have experience with Max Bounty? If so, how are they?

I randomly made a small arbi page without any keyword tools and have been recieving as much as i've been spending (adsense and adwords). I have a list of about 200 keywords but i'm not quite sure exactly how to find what ads pay more without using a bought keyword tool. I would buy a keyword...
