its a wordpress theme js file that some encoded

Anyone know wordpress theme that can be used for databases. something that has an A to Z index of categories somewhere in the header and a large search box. not an article directory theme but something for general database of other stuff.

at the bottom of the theme theres 3 text links to some insurance sites that need to be removed. they're not in the footer.php. it might be in the functions.php but that looks to be encoded. How do you remove them?

i use domains bots to check but it isnt include some other domains like .tv and such, whats a good site to use other than that?
