I know there probably isn't one but just checking. Is there an open source shopping cart software which is PCI compliant??? If not, what are the cheaper shopping carts which are PCI complaint?

I'm looking for a email/contact form to place on my website where visitors can just fill in the form and click a button to send a contact email to me. What do you guys suggest as the best free one? Something with good anti-spam features like captcha would be great.
