I was advertising 1 campaign and they shut it down as the advertiser claimed there was "fraud", they have not yet been able to tell me what this so called "fraud" was. I used PPC to promote the product and followed the guidelines they advertised. (3 weeks going on and still no answer on this)...

What do people find works better for CPA offers using PPC? Make a custom landing page then have the people click on a link to goto the actual products landing page? Or just have a direct link to the affiliates product landing page?
