Y'day I started a US targeted email submit campaign. The offer is from Hydra & changes to Perfspot for visitors outside US. Now out of around 100 clicks I sent to the offer, 40% of them redirected to perfspot. Any thoughts?

I have some long tails keywords for which I have great quality score with amazingly low bids of 1 cent ( yes ONE cent). The ads are showing up for half of the keywords & for the rest google is giving me the message that ads are not displaying because the search term has low traffic volume. Now...

Can anyone provide or tell me where can i get VCCs for activating adwords accounts? I want to try some new campaigns & I dont want to hurt my existing account's performance history. Anyone?
