Is there a program that can send me an email/sms message when a site I am sending traffic to goes down?

I installed the facebook script (that was promoted here recently) and grease monkey. I just noticed that when i click "yesterdays" stats...it shows me todays...when i click "today" it shows me all time stats..anyone else notice this? also, i just started a campaign...it says 2 clicks...

I am starting to notice this and wondering if other people get this too. Does your CTR for ads decline each day? Even if you have good CTR, it declines steadily over time. True/False? (PS. only way to fix this is to keep submitting new ads?)

this might be a dumb question...but if i have 3 ads that i am split testing, and one is clearly doing better than the others...should i delete the other two? am i wasting impressions by keeping them around? or would those impressions go to another advertiser?

quick question. i have this campaign and my ad copy seems to be having a weird trend. one ad copy gets much higher CTR...but a lower conversion rate. on the other hand...the other ad copy has a much lower CTR (about 50% lower) but a higher conversion rate. what do i do in this situation?
