I have a few accounts that I haven't used in a while and am getting a 'Road Block' page where I must use a number to verify that it's a 'real' account. The page is clearly working well, as otherwise I wouldn't be posting here... I would use Twilio to buy numbers, however they don't accept cards...

I'm sure it's really simple. I'd like to use the free Maxmind database or similar to get the city name to put in part of the URL for a hyperlink in the page. I know PHP but it's the actual GeoIP bit I am unsure of. Could anybody that has done this hit me up? Thanks!

If I wanted to cloak an offer so that it didn't redirect to another offer for countries outside of the target (for approval reasons), should I be looking to just set up a PHP redirect page? One that perhaps links to the offer direct, and then is changed to the affiliate link afterwards? Thanks!
