so when you have multiple accounts... (because of a slap and thus needing to re-upload campaigns)
what is the best practice for this .....
the variables as i see it are
Name
Address
Credit Card
email address
Ip Address
any others???
So what is the bare minimum requirements when you are...
I have a few campaigns that went from getting a few hundred thousand impressions on the content network to only 3-5k each day
I uploaded the campaign again .. got traffic for three days with the 2nd day being the highest .. then traffic drops off again.
the quality score is all 7's
