Yes you are right, but you still get way more credit if the HOME page is of high page rank. Im sure people know the actually page will be pr0 but the point of it being on a subdomain of a high page rank sites is what makes the link that much better.
 
Hey just posting for metal, me and him keep in close contact about new seo techniques and stuff

he wanted me to post to let his clients know that his office was broken into and computers and stuff was stolen but he is still on top of all current orders
 
So just to clarify, we're paying $80 for you to signup to free blog services, submit one article on a subdomain (which will have no trust and no PR whatsoever), and link it to our site.

And you're using spun articles, not hand written?
 
I shall be honest, it seems at first glance kinda on the High End Side of things Cost Wise.

However if the articles are human readable and pass Copyscape and are placed on 100 odd parasites that pass any sort of PR, then its excellent value. Esp from a footprint perspective also.

What content spinner do you use?
