We will access your website biweekly (you will need to give us login details) and download an FTP backup to our server. Furthermore, you are free to create backups whenever you want. You can also have it requested that we create backups on a more frequent basis.
There is a $2.69 service fee (which can be paid by the next billing period) which covers the hosting for 2 entire weeks which will give you more than enough time to get your hosting solution settled.

We offer numerous add-ons to help a customer enhance their package and make them feel comfortable with hosting their site with us.

We accept PayPal, which allows your account to be setup the quickest, since PayPal will have already done the verification when you signed up for a PayPal account. Giving us your contact details to verify!
We do accept all major credit cards through 2Checkout. We do wait 2-3 hours to make sure that the verification on 2Checkout's end passes correctly, since they check the originating IP Address and other details.
Mail In Payments
We do allow mail-in payments via checks, which really isn't a big deal. All it would require is a $0.41 Stamp and a three day wait before we process your check.
Simply sign up using Mail in payments, fill out your correct information and we will contact you with address details and such information.
Transfer of Site
If you would like to transfer your website to us, simply sign up using the same username as your previous host. We will transfer your account to us, free of charge within the day!
