So, I used this link, signed up, never got the credit. On the phone with support right now and they told me that the code only applies to new Canadian accounts...

But they're going to give me a $50 "goodwill" credit because I'm such a nice guy.

Oh and they've also charged me $120 so far on the card I signed up with, which apparently is an auto-rebill type thing.

Long story short, I got pwned by a rebill.

The account is credited within 24-48 hours & that US or CANADA thing is just bullshit. These accounts work perfectly in my country. Just keep in mind:

If you are using a credit card, make sure you get a prepay card worth 30$ balance in it. You know what you got when you used your original card right?

If you are using paypal, keep in mind that YSM uses subscription method while billing you via paypal. So after you have paid 30$ log into your paypal account & cancel your subscription.

When you create your campaign DO NOT set a high daily spending limit. Just keep it 1$ or 2$. Just wait for 24-48 hours till your account is credited with 125$ & then you can set a high daily limit. This is because if you set a high limit initially you are most likely to exhaust your 30$ within a few hours or even minutes, then when YSM tries to bill you it will get nothing and your ads will stop running & no credits will be deposited into your account.

In short -
1. Use prepay card
2. Set low daily spend limit
3. Wait 24-48 hours

You're done.

P.S. - the link posted by the OP is correct ;)

I'm Canadian and this code didn't work for me. The wickedfire outbound script may be breaking the promo code.

I contacted Yahoo after not getting the credit (they are great to deal with). They asked for a working promo code and I can confirm that this one did the job. Credited the full amount in 2-3 business days.
$125 Yahoo Search Marketing Coupon / Voucher Code

used this credit, had to email support and ask for it. Told me the link does not mention a $125 credit, sent it again. Got another rep who gave me the full $125. 6 days later no credit on the account. We'll see.

good luck on yahoo and promo codes, my experience is , they don't give a shit

good luck on yahoo in general. all the traffic I've seen came from domain parking pages without any semblance of keywords, even on their "search" network, not content.

Ditto on not seeing it - I signed up through the same link a couple weeks back using paypal as my source - still no credit. Gonna call support I guess, blech...
