I own a membership site that I want to sell. I’ve had private discussions over the last few weeks with various people and while the discussions were always positive a sale did not eventuate.
I’m now in a position where holding out for a higher price is counter productive so this site will be sold today.
I’ll accept the first offer of $12,000 that comes with a promise of prompt payment.
The price is firm because it clearly is worth more, I’m just looking for a fast transaction.
Net profit last month was over $9,000 and net profit this month is over $5,000. Membership numbers have fallen but the main reason for the discrepancy between the two months is that last month had a large percentage of members rebilled on 3 monthly plans, rather than the standard monthly.
I’m not going to discuss the niche or specifics of the site in the forum.

There is nothing sinister behind the desire for a fast sale. I won't BS with you a story about how my cousin's dog needs a new kidney. The bottom line is that I need some cash and right now $12K in the hand is more valuable to me than $5-9K per month.
