Got my report today. Already see some movements in SERP. The link is randomly placed in different part of the article paragraph which is good in my opinion.

In last year spent here couple of thousands $ and this is one of the most quality services I received. All blogs have PR as he mentioned, links are set properly and all looks fine. I will not talk about SERPs, because one time it was great for my site, and after ordered another package for another site SERPs didn't change. So, all depends on site and niche (I guess).
Overall, doubt that you can buy this type of links for this amount of money.
