1500 Euro PM Gets You This In Spain

When there's blood in the streets. . .

unfortunately for Spain it is going to take a while for the blood to leave the streets. Property values are in the shitter because there is a massive excess of properties on the market. The banks own a huge number of them too, so there are deals to be had.

Yeah there were some inconsistencies. Might be a prop listing for a realtor or for a scam to get you to send in cash or something for a deposit.

I hardly believe that 1500 thingy, looks like the common fraud listing.
The eurpoean rent portals are full of them, driven by some british mafia guys, when i
remember right.

You also not see any details of the inner house except 3 stylish shots showing from inside to outside. Thats a typcial marker the listing owner did not had access to the object.

middle of nowhere, pshhhh

It's a nice place for vacation, I've been there few years ago. Not too far away from Barcelona but I don't really remeber much of the city. The beaches were nice though. For the price I would just rent out the location for photo shoots a few times a month and break even ( inb4 calculation is wrong).

Yeah most definitely a scam.. The furniture looks like it's been staged, and the house is currently on the market. Price undisclosed, but considering most other properties on the site are north of 6-7 mil... They are likely asking much more. So it's highly unlikely that a property worth over 7 million the owners would take the chance to rent it out for 1500 a month.

Costa Brava luxury first line property to buy

here is the same property listing for rental on another site. 3000 € a week or 10000 € a month.

Which is much more plausible and for 10000 € a month it would make much more sense for them to rent it out, while trying to sell it.

This.
Airbnb is full of it, but those idiots use eastern european celebrities as avatars, so it's easy to spot a scammer with Google image search.

To clarify my statement because I got a PM with questions:
  • don't book anything without ratings
  • don't book anything without calling the owner (if the profile says Melanie and a guy with an eastern european accent answers you know what's up)
  • check all (profile) pictures with tineye.com or images.google.com.
  • don't make any payments outside of airbnb. If the payment is made through airbnb and it's a scam, they'll refund you.
  • if it sounds too good to be true it usually is

I've uncovered untold stuff with just these two before now it's stupid. People really aren't aware about the multitude of ways of cross-referencing things these days.

This. And:

- check address and object with google maps and street view (if possible). Always!

For the majority of fake objects the scamers use real addresses in well known streets and positions but not the real objects/homes fitting the houses. You can see the difference between the offer pictures and the street view in many cases on the first glance.

I remember 3 ago an incredible cheap 4 room offer in our city. But the house position was in a street reserved for 250 years old extremly tiny historical houses. Its hard to put a 120m2 home in a house with a street size of 250 cm. Beside the fact these houses are rare as shit and incredible expensive.

Bad ass.

It amazes me that some people on an online marketing forum consider "to good to be true" offers like this one to be real.

There are thousands of properties that look "to good to be true" in spain but they are real. I paid 4k a month for a villa that would cost me 15k a month in other places. Thailand is even better you can get literal mansions for 3k a month.
