I originally ordered on the Jan 17th.
However I didn't receive an email until Jan 24th saying it would be another week until I got my report.
When I complained about them being late, they offered to complete a new one for free. So I believed they got behind at first, but would take care of it.
Over the next two few weeks I received a few random emails saying an video was posted, or a PR published, but no real report.
Here's the kicker. I was ranked in the 40's on some pretty competitive keywords. Once they started to do their work, the keywords showed as n/a in MicroSiteMasters as of Jan 31.
As of now the main keywords haven't bounced back and are in the 200's. While I can't say for sure its because of what they did, I do know that they were the only service I used for the past month.
