Nice share, was just about to buy something from Amazon. Does anyone know if there is a maximum amount of coupons that could be redeemed at Amazon's checkout?

not sure if there is a limit on amt of card to be sold but I was able to buy one.

I have been able to use 3 different gift cards for an amazon purchase. BUT, they will probably figure out a way to make these gift cards only work once per order

Servers be gettin hit hard. Got the same message 4 hours ago, but it eventually went through.

If you really would like to thank me, use one of my links to grab the offer so I can see if it will let me get a free $20 gift card. Then the fun would begin...shit it looks like this guy already started doing it

This one makes tons of sense.

Amazon invested $175 million into living social.

This offer basically allows LivingSocial to acquire new customers for about $10. Amazon has a huge stake in LS, so they are willing to give up $10 to boost living social's value by a lot more than they are giving up.

Plus it get's more people shopping on Amazon.

Everybody wins. Great promo strategy.

Ok this guy might be taking it too far:

I decided to leave in everything regarding deal bucks because they can be used later on for another deal. If I was to remove one of the referral links and completely ignore deals bucks, this tutorial would be a whole lot simpler.

TOTAL REWARD AFTER 2 SETS - $140 in Amazon Gift Cards for a cost of $50 (7 Accounts because 1 is reused)

Deal Bucks are no longer valid, but you can still get this deal for $5 a piece

Here's my detailed instructions on how to obtain $80 worth of Amazon Gift Cards for only $30 on your first set. Each set after your first set will only cost $20! (Because you're reusing an account on the next set you'll get $60 in GC, but only pay $20)

Let me first summarize the process. When you join Living Social you're given two completely different referral links. If you use the first referral link, anyone that joins under you will receive $5 in deal bucks instantly. Unfortunately, Living Social has disabled deal bucks for this deal. You can still take those deal bucks and use them on another deal later on. The second referral link requires you to refer 3 additional users who must purchase this deal as well. If the 3 users purchase this deal, YOUR deal is FREE. So in other words, you will only have to pay for the 3 additional accounts and not your first account. (Or main account) The goal is to now combine both of the referral links to allow you to purchase 4 $20 gift cards for $10 a piece and only pay for the last 3. (The first referral link isn't necessary since you're not using the deal bucks now, but why pass up on free cash that can be used for a later deal?) If you do the math, the cost is $30 and you'll receive $80 in Amazon Gift Cards. HOWEVER, on your next set, SET TWO, you will repeat the process below using the referral links from one of the 3 additional accounts you have created. This account will become your new main account. This means you won't have to make an initial purchase on the main account. Once you've made 3 purchases, costing $30, your main account will be free. Since your main account was part of the first set and you're no longer going to have to pay for it, that first set will cost $10 less, or a $20 total. Each consecutive set will only cost $20 because the main account will become free. I realize this is confusing, but hopefully the steps below will iron out any questions.

(1) Sign up to Living Social to create a dummy account. Don't worry about being refereed as you won't be making a purchase on this account.
(2) Click "My Account > "deal bucks" > "Invite more Friends" > Scroll down and copy the referral link (You won't need to save this referral link. You'll use it just once.)
(3) Log out of your account.
(4) Paste the referral link into your browser, press enter > Enter your email > Click Sign Up (Your account should now have $5 in Deal bucks that you can't use for this deal. I'll refer to this account as your main account.)
(5) Make your first purchase on your main account for a total cost of $10
(6) Repeat step 2 and save your referral link somewhere such as notepad. I'll refer to this referral link as referral link 1.
(7) Click "My Account > "buy more" > Scroll down and copy the referral link located in the bottom/middle of the page. I'll refer to this referral link as referral link 2. Save this link as well. (Take a mental note and look to the left of the referral link, you'll see a picture of 4 men that say "Me,1,2,3")
(8) Log out of your account.
(9) Paste referral link 1 into your browser and press enter. Enter your new email and press submit. (DO NOT SIGN UP YET) (Read the notes below to see a Gmail trick for using the same email each time)
(10) Paste referral link 2 into your browser and press enter. Sign up now using the email entered in step 9. (I use the same exact information on every account except the email address)
(11) Make a purchase for again $10. (I'll refer to this account as "Additional Account 1")
(12) Repeat steps 8-11 two more times to give you a total of 4 accounts, 1 Main Account and 3 Additional accounts. (We don't care about the dummy account anymore)
(13) Log out of your account.
(14) Log into your main account and click "My Account > "buy more". To the left of your referral link you should see 4 little men in green that spell out FREE instead of "Me,1,2,3". This means your main account will receive the gift card for free and you will not be charged.
(15) If you're now moving on to a second set, login to "Additional Account 1", your new main account, and repeat steps 6-14)

Congratulations... You now have purchased 4 $20 Amazon Gift Cards for only $30, or $20 if you're on your second set. You can repeat this process multiple times to purchase even more gift cards. This took a while to create! Please say thanks if it helped!

NOTE:
(1) If you decide to purchase more than $80 worth of gift cards, you must use one of your 3 additional accounts as your new main account to only pay $20.
(2) If you're using Gmail, there's a trick to using your 1 email address over and over again. Gmail ignores "periods" in your email. For example, gmail@gmail.com is the same as g.mail@gmail.com and g.m.a.i.l@gmail.com.
(3) If you haven't already realized it, you're making a new account for each purchase. This bypasses the 1 purchase per account rule.
(4)Don't forget, each main account will also receive $5 in deal bucks per sign up after the deal ends. This means each main account will have $15 laying around.


Here's an example with less words and more data.

SET ONE
Dummy Account - No Purchase
Main Account - $10 (This account becomes $0 after the next 3 accounts are created and the deal is purchased)
Additional Account 1 - $10 (This account becomes $0 after SET TWO is finished)
Additional Account 2 - $10
Additional Account 3 - $10
Total Cost - $30 ($20 after SET TWO is finished)

SET TWO
Main Account - $0 (This account is also "Additional Account 1" from the first set and is already purchased and calculated in the previous total)
Additional Account 1 - $10
Additional Account 2 - $10
Additional Account 3 - $10
Total Cost - $30 (If you continue on to a third set it will only cost $20 after the third set is finished)

TOTAL REWARD AFTER 2 SETS - $140 in Amazon Gift Cards for a cost of $50 (7 Accounts because 1 is reused)

It's been posted on mashable, tech crunch, crunchbase, and every other major tech blog. Plus it was posted on every freebie/coupon site on the planet...
 
Update:

-unknown to me, there was an exploit you could have used to buy as many as you needed
-All the accounts I created dont have shit in them yet, buttttttt @livingsocial says 2 hours ago "Our busy deal wizards have been working their magic & are almost done processing all 1.3M deals! E-mails to be sent soon!" so...

Amazon is gonna have a SHIT FIT when they realize the ROI on this promo
 
Did you guys who bought more than 1 gift card get all of your gift cards?

I wonder if they canceled a whole bunch of them.

I just bought one and got it this morning.
