I was looking through the threads and found the title appealing. A lil hyped
but its actually possible. I live in a town of around 70 thousand people and there seems to be someone in my town that is "seo consultant" and already implementing this within his business.
This idea is too good for me to pass up. He is only linking to their page and not making their page relevant in the search so when someone looks up "Iowa Photography" or "Iowa Wedding" that it is only linking to parts of the site with an address. He is not capitalizing on the market and I would like to create a site that would offer the services to change their copy writing of their site so the search result dont return a shitty description. I would also provide them with quality links and building their sites search ranking. I would be using the price point as stated in the article.($897)
I have a question for the forum on how I should represent myself. Do you think it would be good to start a review based site and then have a description of the company which the company can edit after they become a client of mine? Or do you think I should try more of a directory styled site and not have any user generated content at all?
I will take any advice as I am new at this but want to get started on this ASAP....and to give back to the forum will be doing a case study on it as soon as I iron out the major details that will offer my customer the best service but also making me some coin in return. I will detail my findings as I go in this thread until Im ready to launch.
