I recently purchased the 2011 updated Realtor database for the entire USA. This database includes all 1.1 registered Realtors, as well as approxamately 700k real estate agents who are not members of the Realtor association, but are real estate agents, for a total of 1.8 million records. It has been updated as of January 4, 2011.

I was updating my list I purchased from them a year ago.
The list retails for $399, but I am selling the list for only $199 to recoup my costs. I have attached the alaska section of th database, so you can see what the data includes.
