The most important conditions to get "guarantee" are as below -
1.) You have to provide pre-sandbox SERP screenshot from the any tracking service like micrositemasters - so that I know that yours were really there and not a brand new ones that never been in top 100 !
2.) What I consider sandbox or penalty is -
a.) Your site previously was anywhere within top 2 pages in google.com before penguin or panda update, now your site is not in top 10 pages - I think it is sandboxed or penalized now and your site is qualified for a guaranteed service.
b.) Your site previously was anywhere between page 3 to page 10 previously and now not in top 10 pages - it may be sandboxed or penalty, but your site is not qualified for a guaranteed service. Cause if your site was not within top 2 pages previously (before penguin or panda I mean), then may be your site has not that merit (on-pagewise or off-pagewise or both) to be in top pages and that's why it was previously not within top 2 pages.
c.) Your site was anywhere between top 2 pages, but now after panda or penguin, it just fall down and now in anywhere between page 3 to page 10 - in this case, your site is not eligible for "guarantee" - cause I don't think it's sandboxed or penalized, it just might be a "dance" and may be you're not doing seo regularly - your site fall, but not sandboxed !
So, I can provide service to any sites, but to get guarantee, your site must fall in "a", not "b" and "c".
Now what a guarantee means -
a.) Your site was in #1 position or anywhere within top 2 pages before panda or penguin, and now not anywhere in top 100 result - I guarantee that your site will be back in business - means your site will be within top 10 page / top 100 result again! I don't guarantee #1 position or top 2 pages inclusion again - making a site in #1 position or in top 10 or where it was previously - these are whole different league of playing - I don't guarantee anything but top 10 pages inclusion !
b.) I guarantee that after making your site in top 10 pages - it will be there for atleast 7 days - can't longer the guarantee period than this - cause google can roll out another penguin version 2 in no time and can make things worse again - I don't own google, so can't say what it will do next week or what change in algorithm coming soon - so of course I am not giving any "future proof" guarantee ! I can't predict the next version of google change and don't even know what effect can be due to the same - so can't guarantee that.
c.) If I cannot make your site into top 10 pages within the 40 days after report delivery - you'll get every penny back !
d.) Now say I made your site into top 10 pages within 40 days - but it fall before my time-period ends, 7 days - I'll apply my method again and will make it back in top 10 pages again within next 20 days - if unable, I'll refund your every penny spent.
e.) The "guarantee" term is applicable only for TOP PACKAGE, cause while testing, I did apply only to package - so can't give any guarantee (even your site fulfill all the terms) for any lower packages !
f.) For the top package (platinum), you'll have to give 3 keywords (and all 3 must be penalized) and I'll make any one of them out of penalty - that keyword will be chosen by me, not you !
g.) While ordering the top package, you have to mention that "I want the guarantee" in your order email
h.) If you're interested to get the "guarantee", first PM me with your site and 3 penalized keywords - I'll then ask you some questions about your backlinking, seo history for that site before accepting your order for a guarantee please try to give as much accurate info as possible - it will help me to recover your site faster !
