Vouchers work with new FB ADS accounts. Only the Ads account has to be new, not the original account.

So i guess what your saying is... You have to create a new account or use someone elses if you have used an AD Campaign already on facebook, then add your credit card on file and then add the coupon so you can use this particular coupon?
