You don’t have to have a degree in advertising to write your own Ad but you

1. The purpose of the Ad is to draw the attention of the reader.
2. Don’t reveal everything in the ad, as you want them to go looking for
more which means clicking on your link.
3. Be sure they know that there is going to be some cost involved. Such as

(just $2 on godaddy) and redirect this to your affiliate offer. Then put this
domain on your image and not make it clickable.
(b) If you didn’t want to do it this way then you could make the ad clickable
but it’s really not something that I advise. It’s something that you may want
to experiment me when you become pro"cient and comfortable. If you do it
this way it means you will have to link the ad to your site then redirect too
many sub domains. It may be more complicated doing it this way.
5. What you want to do is get your potential client to type the link on their
web browser (not click). They never seem to have any concerns about doing
this. There is a very good reason for doing it this way. It simply prevents the
CPA Company from being able to track the ad and having it deleted.
Where to Put the Ad:
Once you are happy with your ad then you really need to have a good
understanding of your categories. There are so many job categories but
basically with the type of ad we have drafted here your best choice would
probably be the “sales” category.
In fact if whenever you are using this particular method using the sales
category would most likely bring you the biggest return. Then it’s also
something that will be a trial and error for you. You will need to test the

No doubt with this type of tracking system you are going to occasionally get
ripped off. I am of the opinion that there is more good to bad with this
option, and so if you take a few losses you are still reaping some great
rewards for your services.
In this case you would set up an email address for your inquiries. Once they
read your CL ad and were interested they would email you and leave their
contact info along with answering a few questions as to when they would be
available etc for a viewing. You would then set the appointment as it would
work in accordance with the apartment owner’s time schedule that he
would have to supply to you.
Once you had all the information then you would email back the apartment
renter con"rm them an appointment and give them a tracking report that
they can take with them to the viewing appointment. You could expand on
this according to your needs. You want something to prove to the apartment
owner that you do in fact arrange for these people to view.
Then you will ask them to either contact you after the viewing by email to let
you know their decision. If they have not done so you need to speak to both
the renter and the owner to see what transpired.
Here is where your fees come in. for a viewing you could set a price of $5.
Which is payable when the viewing has been completed. The apartment
owner and yourself can come to some type of billing agreement. Perhaps
weekly invoicing from you.
Now here’s where there is a potential area for getting ripped off. The
landlord could simply say they didn’t show. In most cases though interested
parties will and they will have no problems telling you they did. In fact you
could get them to give you a brief description of what they say and what
they liked or didn’t like about it. This is your proof against the landlord
however confronting him with this is going to be of no avail. Perhaps it
would be worth letting it slip the "rst time but if it happens again then
terminate your contract with him.
Most likely when he sees how much potential business you are driving his
way he is not going to mess around with you and take the chance of losing
your services for $5.
The next issue is let’s assume that party you sent decides to rent the
apartment. Again use the same follow up routine. You will know if the
apartment renter is lying because it will no longer be rentable. He could say
he rented it on his own, but again he does so at his own risk.
A word of caution though this business could take off on your very quickly.
So don’t allow it to get out of hand or you will not be able to provide quality
