A file refuses to be uploaded anywhere in FTP

Very strange.

I was testing on this site, uploading the CSS file after each modification.
All of a sudden, i can't upload that same file. It's stuck at 0k.


I tried ...

- uploading on another server - no luck
- Reboot
- Reconnect
- Restart the FTP software
- rename the file
- Copy content into new file

Still no luck. What the fuck could be the issue?
Corrupted somehow?

i was going to upload it and give a link, but i can't upload it to ANY ftp server. Not even zipped.

PM me your email and I can send you a copy if you want to test it.

Have you done anything that may have inadvertently caused the ftp port to be blocked?
 
I have not changed anything. Just press "synchronize" as always.
I sent it over to a PC, he also had trouble.
I now tried on this mac with another software it worked.

I will try to reinstall the software.
