A New Bmw Forum, Legal Advice Needed

I've purchased a new domain, bmwmotorcycleforum.com and set up a forum on it. And then a thought came to me, reading all those posts about the domains claimed by large companies where their names are used. So basically I'm hesitatnt to develop promote it anymore.
Please let me know if I'm to overcautious?!

lot of auto forums using the names of the vehicles/manufacturers in the domain. i wouldn't worry bout it personally.

Seems like fair use to me. On the other hand, if you went into the business of selling motorcycles (not BMW) and used to the domain to lure people into that business... then you'd have a problem.
