Ability to see Current activity of the user!!

Hey,

I know that we are able to see the last activity of the user which is an awesome feature, but how about adding a CURRENT ACTIVITY feature which will enable us to see what the user is doing at the moment.

It will be a good addon to the theme. What do you think mods?

Just gives you a better idea of what the person is doing, nothing much.
