I know some of you run this offer on here so just a heads up...
It turns out that "Extreme Acai Berry" and "Acai Berry Power 500" (same merchant) does not have a drop down for Utah. This has been going on since day one and they have not let the networks know.

Considering google trends shows a very significant amount of traffic from Utah for acai berry, I'm expecting some sort of compensation from the merchant but that doesn't seem likely at this point which is bs.

Maybe if a few more affiliates complain it'll happen, doubt it though, but it'll at least put some more pressure on them. Either way I thought I'd warn some of you guys - turn off your UTAH traffic.

It also seems that dumb and dumber must have been working closely together on this offer since the "testimony" on their page is from...you guessed it, UTAH. :error:
 


They don't have a drop down for Utah because they are based out of Utah and laws are different in that state. I've been aware of this from the beginning and I know alot of other affiliates have, I doubt you will get any compensation.

And I was supposed to know this how? Off the top of my head I can name 3 or 4 networks that have this offer and none of them state no Utah traffic. 2 of the networks I already talked to weren't aware of this either. Am I supposed to go through every drop down on an offer I want to run?

And again in case you missed it - their testimony is from UTAH on both their pages.

May I ask how you became aware of this?

I found out after UT user contacted me asking if I would please consider accepting UT orders. Hadn't looked at it before that.

yeah it's actually not because of the laws- it's because the magic effecKtZ of teh Acai cannot penetrate the speshal underwearz, and thusly Utah has banished Asayeez.

I'm not sure which network you are using for this offer but I was told from the beginning they do not accept traffic form Utah because they are based out of the state.
 
it would be nice if they let the networks know this so they can add a restriction or comment that UT traffic is not "allowed"
 
Just curious as to the conversion ratio of this compared to other free diet offers. Anyone want to share conversion rates?

I run mine SEO and get the average for the past 10 days is 11% conversion with epc of $3.96. I've tried some other diet offers and this has been the best conversion for me personally.
