Accepting credit card payments

Hi,

My customers will have virtual credit cards (as they can't acquire real ones where they are from) and will have to pay me through my website. What would be the best method of accepting payments through my site? Note that in their country, PayPal (and many other such services) are banned, so that isn't an option sadly.

Try a Costco Merchant Account.

Rates range from 1.65% plus $.20 per transaction for retail, 1.99% plus $.27 per transaction for mail and phone order sales.
