Can you imagine what kind of shitty world we'd be living in if the government wasn't here to protect us from this kind of stuff! Praise be to allah for the governments protection.
 
In a free market society, people could just block unsolicited text message calls.
 
This is no doubt the first step on the way to some Can-Spam style laws on SMS.
Hopefully this BS lawsuit gets thrown out.

Sad, but this is the inevitable progression of any/all interwebs marketing:

With a Can-Spam style law for SMS, this lawsuit would not exist.

You do realize Can-Spam kept unsolicited email LEGAL, don't you? It didn't eliminate shit.
