We all know of the old crowd...

Nicholson, Freeman, Sutherland, DeNiro, Pacino, Christopher Lee, Harrison Ford, Connery.

In the next middle grouping you have the Alec Baldwin's, Macy, Travolta, Pitt, Clooney, among some others. Who do you have as the up and comers for 'greatness'?

Cage?
Farrel?
Jamie Foxx?
Wahlberg?
Sheen?

I can't think of anyone in the 20's, who pop out to me. But I am sure people here have some suggestions...

Damon, will smith

Aw shit. I had forgotten those guys. I agree completely with you there. Both excellent.

There are a few others I like, but in their later years wanting to work they had gotten pigeon holed into roles. Fishburne, Peterson, Caruso, Statham.

I also forgot Denzel. I think most of his more recent roles all run together for me. Not a lot of diversity or stretching in characters. Oh yeah, DiCaprio and Norton as well.

Robert Downey Jr. Is the best around right now. Dicaprio is good but not on the level of Downey Jr or Johnny Depp.

Gerard Butler ... 4 years older than I & gets to wake up to this every morning

Brad Pitt is a fool

Johnny Depp

NOT Nic Cage. He seems to get worse as he gets older. I used to like him, but now he's just annoying

Depp, DiCaprio, Damon, Smith, Wahlberg

If Heath Ledger were alive he'd be on his way to one of the greatest imo

Gael García Bernal, Paul Dano and Gael García Bernal

DiCaprio is boring. all he do is put on his "intense" face and start yelling. half of his last ten movies sucks
