Adcenter Account Deleted FTC

So, Ive been battling with Adcenter to try and get back into my account for a few weeks. When I log in, it tells me I have to be verified. I called them 3 times, they kept telling me my account is under investigation...Today I checked my email, here's an excerpt ...

As you may or may not be aware; the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) recommends and supports the suspension of advertisements that may be deceptive and/or fraudulent regarding, but not limited to, government grants, stimulus packages, and/or free money.
There are a number of advertisers who have been identified as committing multiple violations of our Microsoft adCenter Editorial Guidelines, including guidelines for relevant keywords, relevant landing pages and duplicate ads. These actions manipulate the adCenter system and negatively affect the Live Search user experience.
Your account has been identified in this group, and therefore your account has been paused and your ads are not running. Due to the nature of these violations, your account will not be reinstated.
You are welcome to create a new account with a new credit card as the previous card has been flagged with the previous account. Please note that should any of these violations occur again, similar actions to your account may transpire.

Reason for post: Watch out for those KW's, now I need to get another debit card. The crazy thing is, I didn't send that much traffic at all. I'd say a total of $60 spent, it was a failed campaign. (Even tho my sig states otherwise).

we affiliates just getting fucked left and right, but hey I created a new adcenter account with the same credit card and it works
