I have 2 Campaigns going right now, One on Google Adwords and one with Microsoft Adcenter

Adcenter keeps pausing my SHIT and I'm ready to throw the computer out the Funking window.
This as been going on for 3 days now.

This is since I started a new Campaign last night

As for goolge it's been 6 plus hours and still no activity

This happened to my current client, but it wasn't to do with bidding. Their monthly budget is into five figures. MSN AC paused everything and we had someone call into a rep. The rep replied that it was a glitch that would be fixed. A couple of days later there was another contact with the rep and the client was informed that it had been fixed and that we start to see changes soon. Nothing happened, so we had someone call into the rep again at which point she hemmed and hawed and apparently said something like "Well maybe you should work on your quality score." Now I got all of this third hand from the person who spoke with this AE at MSN AC, but given my experience with them otherwise, I believe all of it. They're incredibly bad at support - nothing more than monkeys with binders.
 
i think you have to raise your monthly spending limit when this happens. They divide you monthly spending limit equally through the entire month. So at the end of the month that can start to happen. That what customer suervice told me. But it is weird that it would happen after you spend 9 cents.
