adding elements in a fowarded domain

This sub domain is fowarding the clients homepage and added a bar at the top of the fowarded page to help track leads. Im wondering how I would be able to accomplish the same thing with adding in a bar at the top of a fowarded domain. Im not all that savvy when it comes to coding so i could be completely wrong but any help would be appreciated.

It is not forwarding to the clients homepage. It is pulling the clients homepage through a script, switching all the hyperlinks from the clients homepage to the current sub domain and then displaying the result in the bottom frame.
