Okay, I have about 7500 keywords I need to add to MSN adCenter. How many keywords can I have per order and per campaign?

Does anyone have an idea how I would add this many keywords?

errr...from the adcenter help file:
Each of your Microsoft adCenter orders can contain up to 100,000 keywords, but no more than that.

You can import thousands of keywords by way of excel file import. and yes I have done it.

Adcenter sucks for importing lots of keywords. Best way is csv or excel import. But don't be surprised if it just randomly doesn't work and says the error is there aren't any actual keywords. When...obviously there's like 16,000+.

I haven't tried it for awhile... but I've tried it a bunch of times before, and it always errored out.

It always says error for me too, but it actually works despite the error message.

The problem is most of us have what MSN considers duplicates in our big ass keyword lists so if it even thinks one term is a duplicate it kicks out the entire list :(

wtf Drew. Tell me how to import an excel file into adCenter.

I seriously spent like 20 minutes trying to do it and gave up. Piece of shit interface.

@ sknydave - I don't have any duplicates. I cleaned those up before I even submitted my list. adCenter just likes to be homo.

Actually that is called an operator ID-10/T error.

If your keywords don't get accepted it is because you did something wrong.

get the excel template msn gives you in the import keywords section. paste the keywords under the column that says: "Keyword". Paste bids under broad match, exact match, etc. Be sure not to delete the column descriptions on the first row (Keyword, exact, broad, phrase).

It has worked every time for me, I dunno why you guys have problems:error:.

Randomly, (like right now) I get error .csv files with some gibberish html in it.

edit: Seems to be working now. But wtf adcenter.
