I've just been using the o= variable. My links look like this:
http://www.adsjmp.com/track.asp?a={number}&b={number}&d=0&l=0&p=0&o=
Then I just use the Optional Info report.
You should be able to attach subIDs though.

Theres 2 ways
if its a link that ends in like cd23423/ then just put anything pretty much after and its a subid
if its a link with a lot of params then the &o= one is the subid so put your subid in like this &o={subid} and if you want to use it in prosper202 you can move the &o= to the end of the link with no problems

I haven't been able to get sub-ids to show up in ads4dough. I contacted Jason and he told me that sub-ids don't track for clicks, only on conversions, which I think is weird, but not awful. I couldn't even get sub-ids to show for any of my conversions though, so I just gave up until now. The link I am using is:

Thanks circa! I see two sales with sub-ids in the optional data (I had totally ignored that button before) so at least that part is working. What I was doing when I wasn't seeing any sub-ids was downloading the 'sub-id report'. Silly me thinking that report would give me a list of converted sub-ids.
I have nothing to add that the best way right now. I'm looking into getting the regular subid1= stuff working but the o= or after the / works fine. I've never used the other personally which is why I don't know much about it.
Just general knowledge. Field pair values in urls are not order sensitive. So that means you can move any field=value in a url to any other position in the url. In this case you can move your o= to the end of the url with no problem. Just remember your & in between your field value pairs.
