Ok, so I've been using AdSense on some WordPress blogs for a few months now with some moderate success. However, recently my AdSense ads have stopped showing up on the first page of my WordPress blogs. They show up on all the other pages, just not that first page.

Anyone else experience something similar??? I've reworked keywords, content, etc... and they still don't show up.

If this is happening on all my WP themes I'm sure it's happening to others, so any help would be greatly appreciated by me, and maybe some of WickedFire'ers...

Thanks!

Are you using any ad-serving widget plugins?

Can you look at the html that is generated? Is the adesnse code there but not getting generated or is it getting pulled off the sidebars or something?

Hi, thanks...

Viewing the source code shows the adsense code is still there, just no ads showing.

As for sitemaps, I've already submitted them to google a long time ago.

Any thoughts?

It seems like the ads are not appearing because there's not relevant ads or content on the first page, BUT, there's more relevant content on the first page than any other page on the blog, so I have no idea what's going on...

How many ad blocks do you have on your main page, at most your only allowed to display 3 ad blocks on any one page all the rest will show up blank on your screen even though the code is still there.

Yes Google does show PSA ads if there is no ads for the perceived content of the page. But you may have switched that off in your Google account. You can turn off PSAs you should check your Google account carefully, as whatever is happening is happening with google not your website or WP or something.
